Howard Parker, Jr. Visits V8 Ranch at Dallas

At the State Fair, we were able to re-connect with Mr. Howard Parker, Jr., of Dallas. Howard Parker, Sr., was the original creator of the V8 Brahman herd, and owned and operated the ranch from the 1940s to the early 1970s, when we purchased the V8 herd.

From the inception of the V8 herd, Mr. Parker focused on building his herd around outstanding females and took pride on being on the cutting edge of cattle breeding in that era.

We were honored and proud to have Mr. Parker be able to see the V8 cattle, and know that we have continued the tradition and legacy started by his father over 50 years ago.
