Save the date! The highly-awaited 2026 International Brahman Show, hosted by the Houston Livestock Show and American Brahman Breeders Association, promises to be the premier Brahman cattle event of the year.
The 2026 ABBA International Show takes place March 2-7, 2026 in Houston, Texas. This elite exhibition brings together top Brahman breeders and cattle aficionados from around the world.
With their long ears, iconic hump above their shoulder (or, as the kids on the school tours say, “Look at that bull’s hump and cow with the big ears!”), and loose, wrinkled skin, Brahman cattle stand out as one of the most recognizable breeds globally. As one of the two largest Brahman ranches in the world, V8 takes great pride in breeding superior specimens that represent the best qualities of this beloved cattle variety.
V8 Ranch will be in attendance at what is considered the most outstanding purebred cattle show in the U.S.
This year’s event is more than a showcase; it’s a tribute to the resilience and beauty of the Brahman breed, a journey that V8 has been a part of since the early days.
International Visitors
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo may be a Texas tradition, but its impact stretches far beyond state lines, connecting livestock producers from around the world.
To celebrate this global reach, the Rodeo hosts International Days each year, rolling out the welcome mat for visitors from across the globe. During this time, volunteers will be on hand in the International Room to greet guests, answer questions, and ensure they have the best experience possible. Plus, foreign buyers can get specialized assistance during livestock auctions, making it easier to connect with top-quality cattle.

2026 ABBA International Show Schedule
Tuesday, March 3, 2026:
V8’s premium Brahman show cattle will be on display at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. During this time, we will have Brahman heifers and Brahman bulls for sale.
On Monday, while we are setting up our stalls and booth space at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, V8 Ranch will be open for tours. Then, on Tuesday, our premium Brahman show cattle move in and will be on display. During this time, we will also have Brahman heifers and Brahman bulls for sale.

2026 International Brahman Show Location
The 2026 International Brahman Show will be hosted in Houston, Texas, at NRG Stadium. Formerly Reliant Park and Astrodomain, this stadium is home to the annual Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo festivities, the National Football League’s Houston Texans, the college football Texas Bowl game, numerous matches for the United States men’s national soccer squad, international friendlies hosted by the Mexico national team, and many other major events.
This location is about a 1-hour drive from V8’s Boling, Texas, Brahman cattle ranch.
